An emerging fitness model at the end of the 1990s, Wilson's entrance into sports-entertainment came out of an uninvolved visit to WCW along with her boyfriend at the time. Scott Steiner invited her to join him in the boxing ring. She stayed with the industry for over a decade. Wilson was a wrestler in WCW occasionally, but she also worked as a manager to opponents like David Flair. Billy Kidman. Shanth Douglas. Wilson became a member of WWE shortly after WWE acquired WCW. Wilson's athleticism makes her a perfect fit to join WWE in one of the sports and entertainment industry's most exciting times. Wilson was a pivotal figure in the history of WCW when it was swept into WWE because of her partnership with Stacy Keibler (her friend and sometimes her rival). Once that invasion was fought by the WWE, Wilson became a key female wrestler in WWE's women's division, engaging in memorable rivalries alongside the likes of Keibler, Sable and Melina.
