Jacqueline Fernandez
Jacqueline Fernandez was born in Sri Lanka and is an actress, former model and model who has worked primarily in the Indian film industry. Jacqueline is the 2007, Miss Sri Lanka Universe winner. A member of a multiracial clan with Canadian, Sri Lankan, and Malaysian heritage, Fernandez spent the early phase of her career in Bahrain. Her education is in mass communications from University of Sydney. She worked for many years as a TV reporter and radio in Sri Lanka before she entered the modelling world. In the wake of representing Sri Lanka at Miss Universe 2006, she became one of the top models in Sri Lanka. On a tour for professional models to India in 2009, Jasmine was cast as Aladin to Sujoy Ghosh. Her breakout role was in 2011 when she was selected to play the role of female lead Priya in the film 'Murder 2'. Her career exploded after the film became a critical and commercial hit. Her roles have since included films such as Housefull 2 and 3, 'Race 2', 'Definition of Fear', and 'Judwaa 2'. She's an ambassador for many companies and has earned many awards. Involved in her community, she's an active supporter of various charitable causes and organisations.
